ABOUT THIS PRIZE
Maserati Ghibli DV6 Auto — a 3.0-litre V6 turbo-diesel four-door saloon with a ZF 8-speed automatic gearbox, finished in Bronze. First registered September 2014, with 118,000 miles recorded. This is a used vehicle, sold on an "as seen" basis; the Winner is entitled to inspect it before completion. On winning, the vehicle is delivered together with its V5C registration certificate, keys and all documents. Collection from the United Kingdom, or delivery to the Winner's address in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, is arranged within 21 working days of the Winner confirming their details and completing identity verification. Should the vehicle become unavailable for any reason outside our control before transfer, we offer either a vehicle of equal or greater value, or the cash alternative. The cash alternative value for this Competition is shown above under "Cash alternative value".
MANDATORY LEGAL RULES
1. This Competition is open to persons aged 18 or over who are resident in the United Kingdom or in a member state of the European Economic Area. Participants must hold a verified Valtorix account. Employees, directors and contractors of VALTORIX LTD, together with their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.
2. A correct answer to the Qualifying Skill Question displayed during the purchase process is required in order to enter the Draw. Incorrect answers do not enter the Draw and are not refunded. This requirement makes this Competition a "prize competition" within the meaning of section 14 of the Gambling Act 2005, and not a lottery.
3. A free postal entry route is available, as described on the "How to Enter for Free" page. Postal entries have exactly the same chance of winning as paid entries, are placed into the same Draw and are subject to the same rules.
4. The Winner is selected at random through an auditable Random Number Generator (RNG) from among all Participants who answered the Qualifying Skill Question correctly. The Draw is broadcast live on the site at /live-draw and simultaneously on the official Valtorix channels on YouTube, TikTok and Facebook. The recording remains publicly available after the Draw.
5. For prizes with a value above GBP 1,000, identity verification is mandatory: a government-issued photographic ID (passport or driving licence) and proof of address (utility bill or bank statement, no older than 3 months). The Winner has 21 calendar days from notification to complete verification and claim the prize. The remaining conditions — claim procedure, delivery, storage, cash alternative and complaints — are set out in full in the general Terms and Conditions, sections §11, §12, §13, §14 and §24.
6. Draw condition — extension to reach the 80% entries threshold
If, by the date and time of the Draw shown above, less than 80% of the total maximum number of entries available for this Competition have been sold, the Draw is automatically extended in order to allow additional Participants to enter. The new Draw date is announced on the Competition page and notified by email to all Participants already entered. Entries already purchased remain valid for the rescheduled Draw, with no further action required from the Participant. The right to a refund applies only if VALTORIX LTD permanently cancels the Competition (T&C §16, §22).
